A STATEMENT ENTRANCE: THE DOUBLE STAIRCASE
One of the most striking features is the double staircase. This wasn’t just functional—it was designed to be a focal point. To achieve this, we supplied and fitted a bespoke stair runner in Flooring Elegance in Chaume finish, chosen for its subtle texture and timeless appeal.
In addition, the runner was paired with JASPA binding, adding a crisp, tailored edge. Antique brass stair rods completed the look, bringing everything together with classic elegance that stands out the moment you enter.
Importantly, every detail required careful planning and expert fitting. From aligning both staircases to finishing each step perfectly, this feature clearly highlights the craftsmanship our team is known for.
SEAMLESS LIVING WITH HERRINGBONE LVT
Across the main living areas, we installed a herringbone LVT from Textures. This not only enhanced the design but also helped create a seamless flow throughout the ground floor. Herringbone is a timeless pattern that suits both modern and traditional interiors. In this setting, it adds warmth and character to every room.
Furthermore, the natural tones complement the interior and create a welcoming feel. One standout detail is how the pattern flows smoothly between spaces, with clean transitions throughout.
Notably, the bottom bullnose step is particularly impressive. The herringbone design has been carefully fitted around the curve, which requires patience and precision. It’s these finer details, in particular, that set a professional finish apart.
COMFORT AND STYLE UPSTAIRS
Upstairs, the focus shifted to comfort. The bedrooms were fitted with a soft, neutral carpet, creating a calm and cosy feel. At the same time, the subtle tones enhance the sense of space and work with any décor.
Of course, carpet remains a popular choice for bedrooms. It adds warmth, improves insulation, and creates a quieter atmosphere. In this home, the contrast between the sleek LVT downstairs and the soft carpet upstairs helps define each space while maintaining a balanced look.
